Job Duties:
§ Diagnose & repair all related systems on agricultural equipment including diesel engine, manual & automatic transmissions, electrical, emission control systems & drive train using computerized & other testing equipment.
§ Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance & to meet manufacturer’s specifications.
§ Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and sells additional service work, as required.
§ Consistently communicates with Sales Representatives and Parts staff to resolve equipment and parts issues.
§ Perform equipment inspections & preventative maintenance including fluid & filter checks & changes, lubricating equipment & testing batteries.
§ Keep maintenance records & communicates with vendor technical support.
§ Operate equipment for diagnostic purposes and prepares accurate customer quotations.
§ Ensures adherence to all services policies and procedures.
§ Ensures adherence to Health & Safety policies and applicable legislation, including working in a safe manner.
