As part of our growing digital solutions practice, we are currently seeking a Web Designer to support the design, development, and maintenance of client-facing and internal web platforms.

Job Responsibilities

As a Web Designer at Pearl Technologies Limited, you will:

• Confer with clients and internal stakeholders to identify website design and content requirements

• Establish and follow web design guidelines, standards, and best practices in alignment with organizational branding

• Design and maintain the visual layout, appearance, and usability of websites and web-based interfaces

• Create wireframes, page layouts, mock-ups, and interactive design elements to support website development projects

• Develop and optimize website content using graphics, multimedia elements, and web design tools

• Integrate visual components and interactive features into websites to enhance user experience and functionality

• Test and improve website design, layout, and performance across multiple browsers and devices

• Apply responsive and mobile-friendly design principles to ensure compatibility across screen sizes

• Collaborate with software developers, content teams, and project stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective web design solutions

• Assist in updating and maintaining existing websites by implementing design enhancements and visual improvements

• May coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support website graphics, content development, interactivity, and capacity

Experience and Technical Skills

Minimum experience: 1–2 years of related experience in web design or a similar role

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, graphic design, web design, or a related field

Technical knowledge:

• Web design technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Design and prototyping tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma

• Responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap

• Website creation and management tools (e.g., WordPress)

• Understanding of usability principles and user experience design

• Familiarity with collaboration and version control tools such as Git and Jira
