Job Summary

VisFuture Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales General Manager to provide senior leadership for the company’s sales and related business functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing organizational objectives, overseeing departmental coordination, allocating resources, supporting strategic growth, and ensuring that business activities are aligned with the company’s overall goals.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs

  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions

  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments

  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs

  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions

  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue

  • Lead and organize sales and related business teams to ensure that their activities are aligned with corporate objectives and targets

  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize initiatives that will improve business performance and customer experience

  • Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and administrative controls to support efficient operations

  • Build and maintain relationships with external clients, vendors, and business partners

  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making

Employment Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, or a related field

  • 5 years or more of experience in senior sales management, business operations, strategic planning, or a related managerial role

  • Demonstrated experience in organizational planning, resource allocation, and leadership

  • Strong communication, negotiation, decision-making, and team management skills

  • Experience in the IT, software, technology services, or related business environment is an asset
