Baba Chicken Inc is looking for One Full-Time food services manager who could join immediately with them. The following are the requirements for the job.

Position: food services manager
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Wage: $36.60 per hour
Work hours: 30 hrs per week
Position Available: 1 (One)
Job duties and responsibilities
Analyze the budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.
Develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant's budget.
Monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
Monitor staff performance.
Plan and organize daily operations.
Recruit staff.
Set staff work schedules.
Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
Conduct performance reviews.
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
Organize and maintain inventory.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Leading/instructing individuals.
Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Skill Requirements:
Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
