The Lure Surf Turf Smokery Ltd dba Troller’s Fish & Chips in Nanaimo is looking for Permanent, Full-time positions for Restaurant Manager to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.
Location: F-10 Wharf Street, Nanaimo, BC V9R 2X3
Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $ 36.60 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Terms: Permanent Full-Time
Language of Work: English
Job duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Conduct performance reviews
Cost products and services
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Skills and Education:
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
