Off The Hook Surf Turf Smokery Ltd. in Qualicum Beach BC is looking for a Full-time position for a Food service Supervisor to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.

Positions Available: 1 (ONE)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $20.15 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Terms: Full-Time

Job duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Hire food service staff
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare food order summaries for chef
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
Skill Requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 Year to less than 2 years of experience
