Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers
• Establish work schedules and coordinate work with other departments
• Train other workers in cold lining and splicing
• Perform cold lining, cold and hot splicing conveyor belts including steel cable and finger splicing
• May perform light weight splicing
• Understand belt types and train staff in splice procedures
• Understand paper flow and sign offs with all jobs

Experience Required:
• 2 years of working with rubber conveyor belts and/or rubber lining. Must have knowledge of facility flow for rubber lining (all processes).
Education Required:
• Secondary school or equivalent experience
