Job Duties:
• Diagnose Gasoline & Diesel systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Diagnose Electrical and Electronic systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Perform schedule maintenance.
• Communicate the status of repairs clearly to Service Advisors.
• Communicate with the parts department to obtain necessary parts.
• Document all repairs performed, and materials used for inventory purposes.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Other duties as required.
Skills Required:
• Reliable and dependable.
• Team player and willing to help others.
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic capabilities.
• Must be able to obtain Driving License.
Experience Required:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive and diagnostic vehicle repair.
• Must be able to obtain trade certification (310s Automotive Service Technician License)
• Ford certification and/or Ford experience an asset.
Education Required:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or trade/vocational certificate.
