Hours: 30–40 hours per week; overtime paid after 40 hours/week

Job Description:

AMPVIC Development Inc., DBA Triple O's, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient, professional running of the restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant staff, including planning, directing, and assigning duties
• Ensure the restaurant is well-run, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards
• Develop and manage budgets and approve expenditures
• Resolve operational issues, including customer complaints and escalations
• Prepare cost reports, sales reports, and inventory documentation
• Determine staffing and training needs; develop and maintain staff schedules
• Negotiate with clients and suppliers regarding food and other supplies as required
• Ensure adherence to Triple O's policies, procedures, and company standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required
• Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field; OR a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a related environment
