Position Cook: (Greek / Mediterranean Cuisine)
$19-22.50 hourly for 40 hr. weekly
Minimum 1-3 year experience
Manage kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food
Lead kitchen staff and helpers
Select and measure ingredients to mix to prepare foods according to menu
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Plan menu size of food portions
Inspection kitchen and food service areas
Clean kitchen and work areas
