We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations and lead our restaurant teams. Position: Permanent, full-time with overtime as needed
Salary: $21.95-$22.50/hr for a minimum of 30 hours per week
Location: In person, Windsor, NS
Language: Speak, Read, Write – English
Education: Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent preferred
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar or related position.
Experience in quick-service restaurants is an asset; Previous restaurant management or assistant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team
• Deliver exceptional guest service every day and resolve guest complaints
• Manage daily restaurant operations, food quality, and cleanliness
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• Schedule staff and manage labour costs
• Control inventory, food costs, and restaurant profitability
• Ensure food safety, health, and company standards are consistently met
• Build a positive, respectful, and performance-driven workplace culture
• Manage restaurant profitability, develop annual performance objectives, restaurant administration systems, ensure accurate reporting of data and retention of records.
• Execute national promotion campaigns
