Savor Foods dba Circle K in Victoria, BC is looking for a Full-time position for Retail store supervisor to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.

Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $24.52 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Terms: Permanent Full-Time

Job duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Plan and prepare work schedules and assign sales workers to duties
Operate cash registers and authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
Check merchandise to make sure it’s correctly priced, displayed, and meets quality standards
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Replenish sales floor
Monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed
Monitor and prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train employees to use equipment and complete job-related tasks such as using the cash register, greeting customers, and handling customer complaints
Evaluate employee performance and identify areas to improve
Maintain store health and safety procedures; Make sure store is clean and organized
Skill Requirements:
Education- Completion of secondary school
Employment- 1 year to less than 2 years
