Location of work: 6408 bay street, West Vancouver, BC V7W2H1
Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 40 hours per week.
Compensation: $21.50/ hour, overtime at the rate of 1.5 after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week
Benefits: As per BC employment standards

Key duties:

. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per laid down menu
. Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
. Maintain inventory and order supplies and equipment when needed
. Inspect kitchens and food service areas
. Train and Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
. Ensure food quality is at high standards
. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness
. Ensure staff adhere to health and safety standards and protocols
. Manage kitchen operations

Job Requirements:

. Education: Completion of Secondary School
. Experience: Two years of related experience
. Language: English
