Sous Chef

1898012 Ontario Inc. is seeking one (1) full-time Sous Chef to work at our The Stove restaurant located at 143 Hwy 60, Huntsville, ON, P1H 2K6, Canada.

Job Duties:

·       Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.

·       Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty dishes (including sauces, soups, meats, and pastries).

·       Develop new recipes and create food presentations for special events.

·       Train and instruct kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.

·       Demonstrate new cooking methods and equipment.

·       Plan menus and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
