1211130 BC Ltd DBA Pharmasave Stuart Lake Pharmacy in Fort St. James is looking for Full-time position for 1 Store Manager-Retail to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.
Location: Unit 14 – 470 W. Stuart Dr, Fort St. James, BC V0J 1P0
Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $42.85 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week.
Terms: Full-Time

Job duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, and oversee daily retail store operations.
Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate retail staff.
Recruit and onboard new employees as required.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage inventory levels, product ordering, receiving, and merchandising activities.
Establish and maintain pricing, promotions, and product displays.
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Review sales, inventory, and financial reports to support business decisions.
Control operating expenses and assist in achieving profitability goals.
Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and retail regulations.
Coordinate loss prevention measures and inventory control procedures.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure adequate product availability.
Support pharmacy management in achieving overall store objectives and community engagement initiatives.
Skills and Education:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Employment: 1 to less than 2 years
