RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
· Determine merchandise and services to be sold
· Implement price and credit policies
· Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
· Develop and implement marketing strategies
· Plan budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses
· Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
· Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitor’s operations on sales
· Manage staff and assign duties
· Direct and control daily operations
· Evaluate daily operations
· Plan and organize daily operations
· Determine staffing requirements
· Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
