- Supervise, coordinate & schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion & serve food
- Ensure that food & service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales & wastage
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Do inventory
- Operate cash register, debit & credit card machines
- Do Food Counter Attendants duties
- Serve customers over the counter and at the drive thru window
