Main Duties & Responsibilities as per lead statement of NOC 62010
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff.
- Assign sales persons to duties and prepare work schedules
- Sell Merchandise and Authorize payments.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
- Conduct performance reviews.
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
- May perform key holding & managerial duties if required, such as opening & closing the warehouse, managing escalated complaints, developing & implementing sales strategies.
.EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE: 3 Years or more
SALARY: $27.30/Hr for 37.5 Hours per week
