Experience working with halal meat products and knowledge of halal-meat handling practices is required

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
· Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
· Authorize return of merchandise
· Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
· Hire and train or arrange for the training of staff
· Order merchandise
· Supervise staff
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
· Establish work schedules
· Conduct performance reviews
· Assign sales workers to duties
· Monitor safety conditions
· Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
