Retail Store Manager
Employer: SL Shop
Work Location: Surrey, BC V3R 1V9 (on site, no remote work option)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $44.72 per hour
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
Plan and organize daily store operations
Manage staff and assign duties
Determine merchandise and services to be sold
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Resolve issues as they arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Requirements:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Language: English
