Responsibility:
As Sale General Manager in charge of marketing and sales departments in Mayer,
You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue;
You will lead and organize the marketing and sales teams, and select the middle managers to ensure that their activities are aligned with overall business objectives and that they deliver on targets;
You will collaborate with other senior managers in Mayer to identify and prioritize marketing and sales initiatives that will drive business value and improve customer experience;
You will develop and manage the marketing and sales budget, allocating human and financial resources effectively and establishing administrative controls to maximize return on investment;
You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerge technologies will be crucial, and you will need to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the marketing and sales departments;
You will build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, and represent Mayer to negotiate contracts and agreements and ensure service levels are met;
You will communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure that marketing and sales initiatives are aligned with business needs and goals;
You will provide guidance and support to the marketing and sales teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
