Position Summary
The Operations Manager – Cleaning Services will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the company’s commercial, residential, and strata cleaning operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective delivery of cleaning services across multiple client properties, including commercial premises, residential properties, strata buildings, common areas, and move-in or move-out projects.
The position will oversee operational planning, staffing, service quality, client contracts, budgets, equipment and supply inventory, workplace procedures, and the resolution of service-related issues. The Operations Manager will ensure that cleaning services are completed safely, efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with the company’s contractual obligations and quality standards.

Reporting Relationship
The Operations Manager – Cleaning Services will report directly to the company’s Owner/General Manager.
The Operations Manager will oversee the work of cleaning supervisors, team leaders, cleaners, and other operational employees assigned to the company’s commercial, residential, and strata cleaning contracts.
Nature of the Position
This is a management position. Although the Operations Manager may attend client properties to conduct inspections, assess service requirements, train employees, investigate concerns, or coordinate urgent work, the position is not primarily a cleaning or cleaning-supervisor role.
The Operations Manager’s principal responsibilities are to manage the company’s cleaning operations, personnel, budgets, contracts, inventory, policies, quality-control systems, and client relationships.
